The Hydrogen Car Challenge is Unable to Continue in 2009

Sadly, due to current economic conditions, our sponsors are unable to support the Hydrogen Car Challenge this year. 

As you can imagine, this is not a situation we're happy about - but as a non-profit organisation dependent solely on sponsorships, it's something we just have to accept.  We're especially unhappy about the many teams who have competed in past years, putting lots of time, effort and funding into their vehicles - which won't be able to race with us again this year. Our apologies go out to those teams.

We have, however, decided to leave the web site online in the event that competitors might find the information here still valuable over time.
